This Shipping Policy outlines how and when we ship your orders. GadOrbit is committed to fulfilling orders promptly in compliance with the FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (the "30-Day Rule").
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.
3. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 USD within the contiguous United States, automatically applied at checkout.
4. Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on the destination, package size, and selected shipping method.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Track your order on our Order Tracking page or directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after your shipping confirmation.
6. International Shipping
- International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
- GadOrbit is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
- Some items may be restricted from certain countries due to export regulations.
- We are not responsible for packages refused at customs or returned due to incorrect address information.
7. FTC 30-Day Rule Compliance
In accordance with the FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, we will ship your order within the time stated at checkout. If we are unable to ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you by email with an updated estimate and give you the option to: (a) consent to a new shipping date, or (b) cancel your order for a full refund.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost packages: If tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive the package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier, then contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- Damaged packages: Photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
9. Incorrect Address
GadOrbit is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@gadorbit.com. We will attempt to correct the address before shipment, but cannot guarantee changes once processed.
