Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, we offer a straightforward return and refund process in compliance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) consumer protection guidelines.

1. Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping charges, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation
  • Have the original UPC or barcode intact
  • Not show signs of physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized modifications

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
  • Opened software, digital downloads, or items with a broken license seal
  • Consumable items (batteries, cables with visible wear)
  • Items that have been used, modified, or damaged by the customer
  • Clearance or "Final Sale" items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
  • Items without original packaging or accessories

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email support@gadorbit.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
  3. Securely pack the item(s) and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly shipped item.

5. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval within 3–5 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of up to 15% for items not returned in original condition.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or the wrong product:

  • Contact us at support@gadorbit.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a free prepaid return label and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, at your preference.
  • For manufacturer defects discovered after 30 days, please refer to the product's warranty documentation.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled without penalty before they have been shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must go through the standard return process. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@gadorbit.com.
